WHO ARE WE?

The Centre for Gender and Environment works on issues of environment and gender, with a focus on India. Founded on the principles of gender, equality, and environmental justice, the organization is committed to building initiatives and developing capacities among stakeholders and within communities to articulate issues of social and environmental justice.




Closing the gender gap by 25 percent by 2025 could add US$ 5.8 trillion to the global economy and boost tax revenue.
